How to Remove a Testimonial

How to Remove a Testimonial from Website Widgets

There may be a Testimonial that was shared on your website that you would like to remove.  If this occurs, follow the steps below to remove the testimonial.

Step 1: Log into your account with your username or email address and password

Step 2: Locate the left-hand navigation column, click on Testimonial.  

Step 3: A drop down box will open, click on Manage Testimonials

The Manage Testimonials page will now open

Step 4: Locate your Testimonials, listed toward the bottom of the page.  Each Testimonial has an ACTIONS button. Find the Testimonial you want to remove, and click on the ACTIONS button

 Step 5: From the drop down box, Click on Testimonial Marketing

Step 6: The Testimonial Marketing page will open.  Here you will see where your Testimonial is currently being published. In the example below, you can see this Testimonial is published on the Dedicated Page Widget and the Homepage Widget 

Step 7: Uncheck the widget you would like to remove your Testimonial from

Step 8: Click SAVE to complete
