When setting up this integration we will simply need to work with the person who has admin access to pass a couple credentials to Testimonial Tree in order to complete the connection.

When you have changed your status to reflect "closed" is when Testimonial Tree triggers the survey to your client. See the example below of the status line in what a typicalSkySlope transaction feed would look like.

To ensure your client receives a survey you will need 4 simple pieces of information:
1. Client name
2. Client email
3. Survey ID (Testimonial Tree provides)
4. Recording agent email

To ensure your client receives a survey from the recording agent you will need to ensure the email in SkySlope matches the email in Testimonial Tree.
