Pre-populating Testimonial Collection Forms

The testimonial collection form can be pre-populated by passing values through the URL. 

Here is an example URL: 

http://www.testimonialtree.com/Step1.aspx?un=testenterprise&name=bob&company=TestCompany&email=[e-mail]&testimonial=Testimonial%20text

REQUIREMENT 1: The testimonial parameter should be the very last parameter or it won't work.

REQUIREMENT 2: Encode URL before redirecting or it won't work. 

Below are the available fields along with their expected values.

un	Testimonial Tree username
name	Name of person giving the testimonial.
company	Person's Company/Organization or Relationship.
email	Email address of person giving the testimonial.
testimonial	The testimonial text.
